  • The Reader recently participated in the Intel Innovation Day in NYC. Sixty consumer reporters attended and we held in depth interviews with reporters from top-tier publications, including: AP, Dow Jones, New York Times, Scientific American and taped interviews with: AP TV BBC TV Rocketboom (a web-based consumer news program based in New York City). An article about Ben and the Reader in the Spring edition of Careers and the disAbled.
  • Jeff Hastings, the reviewer at the School Library Journal, provided a very positive review of the Intel Reader. Jeff describes the full specs of the product and is especially enthusiastic about the mobile nature of the device and how it can be used anywhere on-the-go. Events

  • We exhibited the Intel Reader and conducted a workshop at EdRev 2010 on April17 in San Francisco, CA. EdRev is the tradeshow of the Parent's Education Network and is targeted to students with learning and attention difficulties, their families and the educators and professionals who work with them. The event was an unparalleled success with more than 1,800 people in attendance.
  • We exhibited the Intel Reader at the Council for Exceptional Children Conference, April 22-24 in Nashville, TN. We also held a special workshop for the Reader that was well attended. The CEC Conference is the largest professional development event dedicated to special and gifted education with more than 6500 attendees this year.
