 Improv is a new augmentative communication framework driven by Co:Writer technology. It was designed to speed up and drive novel communication.

Even phonetic or inventive spellers can communicate with Co:Writer helping out. These supports help your students transition into literacy-based communication. Let’s say, your student is planning to visit Yellowstone. It’s her first time there, and she plans to use her AAC device. How does she go about communicating the topic? If she’s using a symbol-based device, you may need someone to program new symbols or words into your device. With Improv, your student simply types in “Yellowstone,” and Improv will instantly bring in a library of vocabulary on Yellowstone.
