Q: Who is Connect for?
A: Connect is uniquely designed for individuals who have trouble using the multi-touch screen of Apple’s iPad.
Q: Will Connect have switch access?
A: Yes, Connect will have three options for switch access. A user can access Connect through the two built in switches located on the faceplate, AbleNet’s Jelly Beamer or Big Beamer Transmitters, or with a variety of wired switches.
Q: Will Connect have sound output?
A: Yes, Connect will have superior HiFi stereo amplified sound output.
Q: Will Connect hold all three versions of the iPad?
A: Yes.
Q: Is Connect mountable?
A: Yes, Connect is mountable. Connect will attach to a mounting plate and be compatible with AbleNet’s Latitude, Friction Knob UMS, Lever UMS and 19-inch Gooseneck mounting kits.
Q: Will Connect have a travel strap?
A: Yes, a travel strap is available for Connect. Additional Connect accessories will be available in the near future.
