Product Setting: Self-contained classroom. Skill Development: The Powerlink 3 has helped my students with physical limitations participate in a wide range of activities. A class favorite is powering kitchen gadgets in baking and creating meals and treats to share. 

On Friday's as a part of our reward system, we make a meal to share with one another. We usually create a treat based on our theme and follow step by step directions in creating our tasty treats. My students love taking turns in using the power mixer and other kitchen gadgets.

PowerLink 3 Review - A+ all the way!, June 16, 2009

Product Setting: Self-contained classroom. Skill Development: Access to and control of the students' natural environment, cause-and-effect.

One of my students gave me a PowerLink 3 for our classroom last spring. I loved it so much that I bought a second one for the class so that we now have 2 to share among our 8 students. The PowerLink allows the students to access any electronic item with any switch. So if we are cooking, any student can control the appliances, etc. It is also great for simple cause and effect activities for my young beginning switch users. In general, we love it! :)
