All-Turn-It

  • Encourage interaction with classmates. Allows students to participate in regular classroom games and activities.
  • Build foundations for learning.

Students practice basic concepts such as numbers, colors and shapes. The All-Turn-It spinner is a fun way to include students with disabilities in regular classroom activities even if they don't understand the curriculum content. Setup is so easy you can use it right out of the box. The included dice overlay permits students to play any game that uses dice. Both arrow and inner overlays spin independently with each switch activation, providing countless opportunities for learning. Use built-in switch or any external switch. Requires 2 AA batteries (not included).

Create-Your-Own Overlays Kit

Capture the attention of your students with customized overlays for the All-Turn-It spinner. The write-on/wipe-off surface works easily with reusable vinyl stickers or non-permanent markers.

All Turn-It Review, March 16, 2010

By Linda Jennings, Virginia

Product Setting: Self-contained classroom. Skill Development: Turn-taking, choice making, cause and effect.

I used this product with students with severe disabilities. Some of the overlays we made permanent; others we made with a dry erase marker. We used it for games such as hangman, alphabet bingo and color and shape Bingo. We also made one for sensory choices.  The student would hit the switch to spin. Wherever it landed, we would give the student that item (e.g, hairbrush). The students enjoyed it and it was a great way to include general education students into our student's activities.

A Review of the All-Turn-It, October 16, 2009

By Reviewer from Indiana

Product Setting: Self-contained classroom. Skill Development: Eye-hand, turn taking, word recognition, picture recognition, matching, following a list.

A difficult area for our low moderate student is following a picture list. Determining what has been completed and what is left to do can be overwhelming. By marking off the list items that are chosen by the spinner helps them learn to mark off the completed or gathered items and look for the next item.

All-Turn-It Spinner Review, June 26, 2009

By Reviewer from Virginia

Product Setting: Self-contained classroom. Skill Development: Cause-and-effect, participation with peers.

The all-turn-it spinner is a nice tool to promote participation. It generates a random response that is good for games and other such activities.  However, there are times when a choice is more appropriate than a random response and something like a clock communicator would work better.
