Individuals With Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA)

Publishers are aggressively positioning intervention programs for the IDEA Part B mandate that provides increased flexibility for schools and districts to use up to 15% of special education funds to develop and implement coordinated, early intervening services for students in grades K-12 who have not been identified as needing special education or related services but who need additional academic support.
